1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Get2MyCard website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access or use our Service.

2. Service Description

Get2MyCard provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing digital business cards. Our services include:

• Digital business card creation and management tools
• Template library for customization
• Card analytics and visitor tracking
• Digital sharing and distribution features
• Optional Business Metal NFC Card (physical product)
• Custom domain options (premium plans)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To create an account, you must be capable of entering into legally binding contracts under applicable law. If you are under 18, you may use our services only with involvement of a parent or guardian.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities under your account
• Immediately notifying us of unauthorized access

4. Payment and Subscriptions

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

Get2MyCard offers both free and premium subscription plans. Premium features require payment.

4.2 Billing

For paid subscriptions:

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed through Razorpay

4.3 Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

4.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are provided under the following circumstances:

• Digital Services: Due to the immediate digital nature of our service, refunds are generally not provided once the digital card has been delivered/activated
• Physical NFC Cards: Refunds for physical cards are available only if the order is cancelled before dispatch (within 24 hours of order)
• Technical Issues: If there's a technical fault from our end that prevents service usage, we will either fix the issue or provide a refund
• Duplicate Payments: Any duplicate payments will be refunded within 7-10 business days

5. Shipping Policy (For Physical NFC Cards)

5.1 Processing Time

Physical NFC cards are dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation.

5.2 Shipping Methods

We ship via reliable courier partners. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.

5.3 Delivery Time

Standard delivery: 7-14 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on location and courier service.

5.4 Tracking

You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched.

5.5 Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses.

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to your digital cards. By using our Service, you grant us a license to:

• Host, display, and distribute your cards
• Make necessary technical modifications
• Provide the Service to you and other users

6.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains viruses or malicious code
• Is pornographic, obscene, or offensive
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains false or misleading information

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Property

All Get2MyCard trademarks, logos, software, and platform are owned by us or our licensors.

7.2 Templates

Card templates are provided for your use. You may not resell, modify, or distribute templates separately.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Modifications

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time
• Perform maintenance that may cause temporary downtime
• Change pricing with advance notice
• Terminate service for violation of terms

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GET2MYCARD (KK MARKETING) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us
• Third-party actions or content

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Haryana Jurisdiction.
